Josh is a long time Bergen County New Jersey resident and has raised three wonderful children in the area. He presently lives in Fair Lawn with his partner where he enjoys do-it-yourself projects around the house, as well as hiking, biking, and fixing dinner for his grand children.

As the owner of Intelligence Home Inspections, my vision is for you to feel comfortable with the information provided to you so you can make that all-important decision on your house. I am available to discuss any questions you may have about what is in the report during and after the inspection.
