Intelligence Home Inspections is Licensed and Insured in New Jersey, and certified as a Radon Measurement Technician. The owner, Joshua Wanderer, is a former NICET (National Institute for the Certification of Engineering Technologies) Certified Fire Alarm Sales Engineer and Consultant. Through this work, Josh is familiar with all types of buildings of all ages dating back at least 130 years to brand new buildings.
